Signify, the world leader in lighting has announced the completion of an inventive connected LED lighting system for the Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field. The new lighting system is designed to elevate the experience of every fan, visitor and onlooker to one of the prominent stadiums. It is also home to one of the premier professional football teams in the United States.

The LED lighting system was unveiled along with the Seahawk’s first home night game of the season tonight. The one-of-a-kind application of light will enhance the viewing experience of the fans and accentuate the beauty of the most iconic landmarks on the Seattle skyline.

The lighting system includes high-quality and energy-efficient Color Kinetics iColor Flex LMX fixtures. The lighting fixtures have been engineered to withstand the adverse Pacific Northwest weather conditions.
These LED string lights follow the contours of the CenturyLink Field letters and logo, projecting light outward and allowing the venue to shine.

The dynamic lighting capabilities also produce thousands of possible configurations to create dynamic, custom-programmed light shows to celebrate the Seahawks’ eight regular season home games, 190 non-sporting events such as concerts, art performances, numerous holidays and important civic causes.

The new lighting system by Signify will help manage the lighting with just the click of a mouse, which renders the Seahawks with a new opportunity to build even greater affinity with the Seattle community not just during the football season but any night of the year.
