Scintillating hues of red and yellow illuminated the night sky early at Dubai’s iconic landmark, Burj Khalifa as the UAE prepared to welcome China’s president. Some of the country’s famous landmarks were lit with their LED lighting systems to mark the arrival of President, Xi Jinping. This was one of the largest state visits the country has hosted. This is not the first time the Emirates have rolled out an LED extravaganza to visiting dignitaries; however, it was the biggest.
