Last day of the Kumbh 2019 which also marked the festival Mahashivratri witnessed the launch of the logo of the movie, Brahmastra. The makers of the movie used 150 drones flying in the air, above the holy river of Ganga. The drones were attached with LED lights and made spectacular formations in the sky.
The launch event began with a flag formation in the colours of Brahmastra at the Kumbh Mela. After that KUMBH 2019 was written across the Prayagraj skyline. And the next formation was that of the holy Brahmastra which was made using yellow, green, red and blue colours.
Finally, the most important formation which was the title of the film was written across the sky, with the help of LED lit drones. The event was attended by the lead actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor along with the director of the film Ayan Mukherji.
This is the first time that such a creative tech marvel has been achieved using a great platform such as Kumbh. Moreover, this is one of the finest examples of applications of LED lighting solutions. The buzz created and the accolades received after this amazing feat was tremendous. Also, the event has been touted as an extraordinary launch event, one which has not been seen before.
Brahmastra is a trilogy the first of which is slated for 2019 release. It is expected to be a supernatural film series made on a mega budget under Dharma Productions.
