Vishay’s VLMU3510-365-130 is the newest addition to its VLMU35xx series of ceramic-based, high-power UV LEDs. Designed in a compact 3.45 mm by 3.45 mm surface-mount package, it is ideal for medical, industrial, and printing applications.
Built on InGaN (indium gallium nitride) technology, the device released today features typical radiant power of 690 mW at 500 mA and 945 mW at 700 mA in a wavelength range between 362.5 nm and 370 nm. The VLMU3510-365-130 offers an emission angle of 130° and radiant intensity of 315 mW/sr at 700 mA. The silicone lens of the VLMU3510-365-130 enables extremely long lifetimes up to 25,000 hours.
