Highlighting the key advantages of OLED light in multiple settings such as design & architecture, hospitality and retail, LG Display exhibited eleven OLED light panels along with four solutions using these panels. These included: Module Solution Section where LG Display introduced super-slim OLED light modules with a simple aluminum housing that connects multiple panels into each module, generating unique and sleek designs; Mirror Solution Section where OLEDs were embedded into mirrors which could either be used as a unique display box in high-end retail stores or in upscale hospitality settings.
Unlike other light sources, OLEDs keep the mirror thin and minimize glare; Transparent Connection Solution Section which exhibited OLED light panels attached to glass. Power is transmitted through a metal mesh transparent conductive film. It can be applied to display cabinets, shelves, and furniture; and lastly the Flexible Solution Section which demonstrated the application of different length panels to create unique decorative lighting fixtures.
